Tours run in rain, hail or shine. Tours will only be cancelled if there is a total fire ban in place or extreme weather.
In the case of cancellation our guides will reach out to you 3-2 hours prior to tour start time to reschedule or refund
All funds paid through our tours go straight to conservation projects in the sanctuary.
Twilight Tours
This immersive experience brings the Australian bush to life, offering a genuine spotlighting encounter with species that have been locally extinct on the mainland for nearly 100 years.
Our Twilight Tours take you deep into the sanctuary, beyond the predator-proof fence and into a landscape where bettongs, quolls and curlews once roamed freely.
Led by our knowledgeable guides, you’ll explore this critically endangered ecosystem while uncovering the science and stories that have shaped it over hundreds of years.

Details:
When: Friday and Saturday nights, 30 minutes before sunset.
Pricing: $65 per person.
Ages: 10 year olds - adults.
Duration: The walk will take from 2 to 2.5 hours.

Sturdy shoes - we will be walking just under 4km on & off track.

Family Night Walk
This experience is designed for families to enjoy all that Mulligans Flat has to offer after dark.
Similar to our Twilight Tours, this experience is a guided spotlighting walk through the Sanctuary, adjusted to covers a shorter distance and places a greater focus on adventure and discovery.
Join other families in the community as you explore this unique landscape alongside our knowledgeable guides.

Details:
When: The second Saturday each month at dusk
Pricing: Per Person (ALL ages): $25.00 or Family of 5 (2 Adults + 3 Children): $100
Duration: The walk will take from 1.5 to 2 hours.
Group size: Varys depending number of families, typically greater than 10 individuals.

Private Twilight Tours
Looking for an extra special night in the Sanctuary, maybe just you and a partner or a group of friends, why not book a private twilight tour. These tours can be on any night of the week and do not include the general public. Led by one of our experienced guides you can have a more personal experience out in the Sanctuary.
Our pricing is based on group size at a per person rate as seen below:
Group of 2 = $300 ($150 per person)
Group of 3 = $300 ($100 per person)
Group of 4 = $320 ($80 per person)
Groups of 5 people or larger = $65 per person

Sanctuary Safaris
You’re invited to travel in our 10 seater bus, with experienced volunteers, on one of our Sanctuary Safaris. Discover the woodlands ecosystems that is Mulligans Flat Sanctuary, learning more about the unique fauna and flora as well as the history of the area.
Our Sanctuary Safaris are led by our wonderful team of volunteers here at Wildbark.

Encounter
On our encounters, you’ll have the opportunity to get up close and personal with some of Wildbark’s resident reptiles, including our shingleback lizard, bearded dragon, woma python, and coastal python. To finish off the evening by visiting our Eastern Bettong for their nightly feeding.
You will learn more about these native animals and the story from within the sanctuary.
Note: Our bettings are semi-wild and not restrained within their enclosure, they are free to leave the encounter if they choose.
