Conditions of entry are subject to government and other regulatory legislation, health orders, directions and mandates that require compliance by law.
The operation of some events may be affected by adverse weather conditions or maintenance activity.
Children 14 and under must be accompanied by a person 18 years or older.
No commercially prepared food or beverages may be brought into the Wildbark premises.
No animals are permitted within the Wildbark premises with the exception of guide dogs.
No scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades, skates, or motorbikes are allowed on the Wildbark premises or in the Sanctuary.
Vehicles are parked at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss of, or damage to any vehicle, accessory or contents in or on any vehicle.
Wildbark premises is a smoke free site.
Wildbark staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the premises for offensive or violent behaviour, vandalism, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry. Such actions may result in immediate eviction from the venue without a refund. Additional action may include Police involvement and/or a venue ban.
Wildbark staff reserve the right to inspect your bags at any time for security purposes.
Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse, or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
Wildbark reserves the right to photograph guests at any time for security purposes or for use in connection with the promotional activities and general commercial operations of the Company. You expressly agree to the use of your image and likeness for these purposes without compensation.
The use of image recording devices is not permitted in any change room or bathroom facility. Please report any incidents to staff immediately.
Guests may not display anything that contains obscene, foul, profane, illegal, or unacceptable language, photos, images, symbols or phrases, etc.

24 hours notice must be given for cancellation to receive a refund or credit.
All funds paid through our tours go straight to conservation projects in the sanctuary.

Sanctuary membership is valid until the expiry date printed on your membership card.
Membership is not transferable or refundable.
This membership is not a governance membership, it does not confer any voting or nomination rights.
Government issued health care card, pension card or student card must be provided to receive discounted concession member rates.
Member benefits apply only to the people listed on your membership.
You must produce your membership card to obtain the benefit.
Member prices, events, benefits, reciprocal arrangements and terms are subject to change at the Sanctuary’s discretion.
It is your responsibility to notify the Sanctuary of any change of address or contact information.
If your card is lost or stolen, please notify us as soon as possible to organise a replacement card.
We may refuse any application for membership.
We can suspend or cancel any membership for a period of time at our discretion whereby all membership benefits will also be suspended or cancelled.
Membership discounts may not apply to special event merchandise or gallery sales.

Age 8 + (Children under the age of 14 must have a participating adult accompanying on the encounter)
This encounter is currently operating with COVID Safe measures in place. For the welfare of our animals, you will be required to wear a face mask for the duration of the encounter.
Appropriate covered footwear must be worn. No high heels.
In the event of inclement weather, suitable attire should be worn.
A person may not physically touch an animal or place any other object into enclosures, unless invited and supervised by a Wildbark staff member.
The encounter may be cancelled at any time due to reasons beyond the control of Wildbark.
You will be going into areas of Wildbark that are not normally accessed by guests, as such you must stay with the Wildbark staff member and obey all instructions given. Failure to do so may result in the encounter being suspended.
For your safety and the safety of our animals, the encounter will be stopped if participants fail to follow the safety instructions.
If you have any allergies or anaphylaxis, please bring this to our attention before you book this experience.
